Second layer replies not transferred to 2.0

I've noticed that second layer replies, or replies to replies to comments, aren't transferred to 2.0. Is this intentional? If so, they could be transferred by sorting the first and second layer replies by time, or keeping their order and making them all first layer.
Tip of the whatever: Don't post in threads older than 2 weeks unless your post will actually be useful.
It's the last day of 1.4! *cries* (quote from NeilWest, rest by me) by the time you read this it probably will be 2.0

Thanks...we're aware of the issue. As jvvg points out, it's already in the bug tracker so I don't see a reason to keep this open.
