Scratch

Hai.
When I attempt to open my project in order to edit it, it loads Scratch and then freezes before loading any scripts/sprites/images. No functions within this Scratch window work, and is closeable only via Task Manager.
The problem is the same wherever the file is stored, or if the project is downloaded.
The problem is isolated to this individual project, which is a 1s1s project. However, another project of mine is also 1s1s but significantly larger but succeeds in loading offline.
Does anyone have any idea why this issue occurs, or how to solve it?
