Messed up sound Quality.

I reopened my project one day and started playing my game,but the sound was really messed up.It made all kinds of weird echoes and stuff.It didn't do this on the Scratch Website or any other programs.It did the same when I played other projects.Any Suggestions???

What kind of sound block was it?

Was it:

play sound [sound v]
Or was it:

 play sound [sound v] until done
The first one plays the sound all funny.

And also, how many sounds were you playing at the same time? That might be the issue.

Not always, it's just weird when you try to do it many times when the sound hasn't finished.

Tip of the whatever: Don't post in threads older than 2 weeks unless your post will actually be useful.

This happened to me too but deleting the sound, restarting scratch, and re-importing the sound worked for me.  Oh, and I was only playing one sound, and I was using the play until done block.

This has happened to me before. Just quit scratch and open it up again.
