This is simply an image with a link to another site. Looking at this forum thread will not give you a virus. I cannot guarantee that the external site will not give you a virus but it looked OK to me.

It depends on your antivirus.
If you have a very good one, it could've just "fought it off".
If you have an old version, it could've not noticed the virus and let it in.
