Your school only has Windows RT? That was a bad idea for a school network of computers.
Anyways, that would take a LONG time and a LOT of money and it just would not be worth it for there are (unfortunately) not a lot of people who use Windows RT.
I support this, however, because I think it would be really neat to have a Windows Store app for Scratch.

I got bored, so here is what I imagine the possibility of a RT Scratch app would look like:
I guess it is missing a lot of the functions, but eh, it doesn't matter.
