Here's a more exact account of what happened, not sure if it would help or not but whatever:

So, I was in the nether, and an invisible guy (right now, they had no helmet) was giving me cobblestone. I had some, but I took it anyways. Later, I was nerd poling to the ceiling to grab some glowstone, and the invisible man was breaking blocks under me, but not the blocks I was standing on. I asked in the chat who he was, and after that he/she stopped.

Red, just a bit after you were unbanned I kept setting you to Trusted from the console, but then either it didn't go through or someone else was redemoting you because you were just being set back. Hmm, I'll repromote you now, see if it works
