It's probably too large to upload. 10 MB is the limit, so try taking out minor sounds or costumes, and delete list items of there are any.

Some project are harder to upload than others (the bigger the project, the more likely you'll encounter a site hiccup and get uploading errors). Keep trying, it should eventually go through.
