I think there should be a round block like

round to nearest

that rounds to he nearest number in the parameter
instead of

round

that rounds to the nearest whole number

Well, the main issue with this idea that I see is that there's already a simple workaround to this. As represented:

round Number to be rounded
 / Rounded to
 * Rounded to

Because of that, I don't support your idea, though this is definitely a creative one. ;)
