-Very nice position, I like the way its looking over its shoulder and its paws are a bit splayed out like that, excellent 
-The colors went nicely together
-The only thing I would add would be a background, even just a blue sky and some grass the cat is sitting on.

I'll give you a 8/10 as well

Uh, that's not true. It looks like she traced a rel photo, not using a reference pic. O.o

I'm just really good at referencing things. I have traced OTHER pictures for practice, which made me better at referencing accurately. I save the picture to my ipad and have it next to the version I'm drawing.
