I'm looking forward to it, almost as much as the new Zelda game on 3DS (it looks like it'll fix the problems I had with LttP but keep the good things) and Earthbound on WiiU (I've been waiting for this for a long time).
I love Yoshi's Island on the SNES, so this one should be even better.

Yoshi's Island, the original, is one of the greatest games of all time. I hope the 3DS one doesn't tamper too much with it. All it needs to do is take the original game, make it work with 3DS controls, add the obligatory 3D graphics, and you're done. If it's not broken, don't fix it.

Looks good, I really liked Yoshi's Island GBA through the Ambassador Program (it's pretty much the same as the SNES version), and this looks fun. Graphics are nice too.
If you want something to do while Scratch is down, check out tbgs.tk! It's the new version of the (closed) Scratch TBGS, run by Scratchers! I'm going to spend most of my time there, anyway.

I might. What I'm really looking foreward to is Earthbound. I hope they port the other games in that series to the US and Europe.

I really can't wait for Earthbound to be re-released, and with that and Iwata (Earthbound's main programmer) now the CEO of Nintendo of America, MOTHER and MOTHER 3 have the best chance to be re-released they've had in awhile (Though I'd prefer the latter if I had to choose).

I hope they have great music, just like in the SNES game. I've heard the music in the DS game wasn't really up to par.

Miyamoto stated himself that the fourth game will never be released, because he felt it was up to the fans to make new adventures.
Basically saying 'make fangames' in a very supportive, friendly way.

Miyamoto? I think you mean Shigesato Itoi, he's the creator of the games. But either way, there will not be a MOTHER 4 because Itoi wanted the series to end there. It lets the ending of MOTHER 3 really sink in.

Anyway, back to talking about 3D green dinosaurs that carry underaged italian plumbers. :3
I hope the bosses continue to be interesting and creative; I loved how each boss of the SNES game had a different weakness (Except the first two bosses, who could both be defeated with eggs).
