What do you exactly mean and how would that work? I don't see how Scratch could be put on YouTube.

I see it's possible.
But it will take a VERY, VERY long time to do it, and you need to do it via the link boxes you may see on YouTube.

What you need is SnagIt, time and if you're using Linux, OpenShot (use Windows Movie Maker on Windows). Use SnagIt to do a screencast, import the resulting avi into the editor, drop in the sound in the background, save for publishing and upload the resulting WMV to YouTube.
Other than that, can't help you. What we need is "The Complete Beginner's Guide to Sharing Scratch Projects".

I think the room owner may want to make the Scratch program converted into a Youtube interactive.
