Change the logo in Scratch 1.4
Shift-Click the R at the top left corner and click fill screen off then alt-click the Scratch Logo (seven times)chose Repaint me it should open the paint editor then you can change the logo and if you want start making your own mod!

What Happens If You Click On World, Open, Then Scratch. You Need To Change
Scratch-UI-Panes/ScratchFrameMorph/instance/all/createLogo
Change That And You Are Done.
