I Don't Wanna Be The Guy Anymore - HELP NEEDED

So, I'm working on a little clone of the notoriously hard I Wanna Be The Guy. I've gotten the shooting mechanics done, but the physics (floor detection, wall detection, ceiling detection, fall detection, etc.) are pretty broken right now. I could use some help fixing the endless physics fails. If you want to help, please speak up and I'll email the unfinished project to you.
Current Glitches (Things I need help fixing):
Very sloppy floor detection
Even sloppier wall detection
Absolutely no ceiling detection
The character will walk on air instead of falling when he steps off a platform
Since there is no fall detection, the only way to change altitude is by jumping
Beta Elements (Things I'll fix on my own later):
The player character can die, but has no death animation
The fightable boss in the beta has limited HP, but will not die after it reaches zero
Necessary Physics (Things we need to make sure to keep):
ANY FORM OF WALL/FALL DETECTION
The player character will be able to double jump.
The player character will NOT be able to wall jump.
The player character gets killed in only one hit.
The player character jumps smoothly, rather than going straight up and down in a V shape.
The player character does NOT move smoothly when moving horizontally. He always walks at the same speed.
Please help me if you can; I would really appreciate it.

If I can't recieve the file via email when you're done with it, I would appreciate it if you would create a throwaway email and send it to me with that, or even better if you can you could try putting it on mediafire.
EDIT: GuerillaMail.com doesn't work; you'll have to either create a different email to send it to me, or you could put it on Mediafire. The easiest way though is to post it on Scratch (on an alternate account if you want) and then I can download it very easily.

I don't use GuerilaMail.com, so sending it through email sounds like it should work. Well, unless something new occurs, that's what I'll do.
