how to record and import sounds?
What is the step-by-step procedure for recording and importing sounds to the Scratch programs? Our microphone is not being recorded when we try doing it. Thanks for your help.

Well, to import, all you need to do is go to the sounds tab (next to costumes and scripts), and click on the button that says "Import"
As for recording sounds, you go to the same place, except this time you need to click record. Now, all you have to do is click the record button (the red circle one), record what you need, click the stop button (the black square one), and click "OK"
