I'v written the series of events but to put it into an actual story I need to choose out of these for how the story is presented. YOU VOTE!

1. Past Tense with one characters point of view.
Example 1: I am Queen Luna and I am here to tell you what happened 2 years ago...
Example 2: I didn't know what would happen at the time...
Example 3: I had no idea of what to do

2. Current Tense with nobody's point of view with the characters thoughts and emotions
Example 1: Sparkle was very angry as she stormed out of the castle
Example 2: "Queen Luna" said Echo. "I need to tell you something".
Example 3: "I hope the typhoons don't reach the kingdom" thought Echo
This is the most popular and my personal favourite

3. Current Tense with nobody's point of view with no insights into the characters
Example 1: Sparkle looked around
Example 2: Echo said "Hi"
Example 3: Queen Luna stepped onto the bridge.

I vote for number 2!
The difference between 2 and 3 is that 2 has the characters thoughts and emotions.
2: "I'll get him" thought Echo. She felt very angry as she walked into the castle.
3: Echo frowned as she walked into the castle.
