Lets face it, even though your a good programmer with scratch you won't get frontpage, the only reason mak-tak, or mohoasley, or maskedstar, or the other front page "regulars" get front page is because the have armies of marching fans. And you don't really have one, except for a group of good friends. So now, it really doesn't matter if you have a game that easily beats that cat, toki, or wolf drawing, you are missing people who know you.

It's been frustrating for me, because I've used scratch since the beta's (at my school) and it wasn't always used to be like this. But now some little cat with a name like thunder claw that took a couple hours to make trumped your game that took longer. And maybe you've used the tips the administrators gave to get people to know you, but because all the other users did the EXACT SAME THING it probably isn't working.

You've probably seen people like me, but this is not a REMIX and add your name, I am thinking a club, sort of like a critique group, but more of people who know you, and check out your projects, and maybe spread the word. This is not a large scale pan, because if there was 50 users, thats just too much and defeats the purpose. So who's with me?

the point isn't so much to get front page, of course that is welcome, but to get more views, comments, love its or to feel that their is an audience larger than their friends and some random users.

Yes, in these difficult times, we have to forget about front-paging... At least in Top Viewed and Top Loved bars. It's good to create critique groups, because more people will pay attention to your projects. I made one - The Programmers Collective. Basically, all programs, simulations and operating systems could be posted there. I'm just waiting for users. About 15-20 of them, no more. If you have some programs, simulations or operating systems, add them there and comment on other programs, simulations and operating systems.
