Woah woah woah, back up here- two things i have spotted.
1) Scratch 2.0 Projects can not be uploaded to the 1.4 website
2) There is only one SDS and the current theme is 3,000,000 projects.

I know the current SDS is 3,000,000 projects but I put the idea in the SDS idea gallery and you can't upload Scratch 2.0 Projects but projects about Scratch 2.0 you can

Scratch 2.0 is awesome, but it won't let me import .mp3 files

when gf clicked
say [failed to import mp3]
[/scratchblocks
This would be a good thing to mention on the Scratch 2.0 Bugs and Glitches forum - that's where 2.0 bugs are being collected.
That being said, if you have a good example of an MP3 file that will not import, perhaps you could put it in a 1.4 project and post a link on one of my projects so I could check it out for myself.
