Sadly, you can't 
You need 10 comments, 3 uploaded projects, and be registered for 1 month to be able to. See that "New Scratcher" under your name? That has to change to a "Scratcher"
Tip of the whatever: Don't post in threads older than 2 weeks unless your post will actually be useful.
