Re: Text Blocks

So, let me clarify: you want a block that displays text on the screen, correct?

Sooner or Later. Or sooner. Not much, except for a lot. In a way. But it will come no matter what.

Re: Text Blocks

Ok. A simple approach would be to use the "say this for this many seconds." block, which will show a text bubble on screen from the sprite that has this script. Another method would be to use the "say" block, and then put a "wait until (space key pressed)" block. ofcourse, these are just examples, but I hope this helped.  smile

Re: Text Blocks

Oh yes another question-do you want to display text on the forums or on Scratch application?

Oh ja eine andere Frage-wollen Sie Text auf den Foren oder auf Scratch-Anwendung angezeigt werden? Sorry ich nicht sprechen Deutsch

You could use the say [] for () secs block.

Say [hi] for (5) secs
Think [hi?] for (2.1) secs
