is it safe to use this website when there is a rogue sprite?
I don't know what a rogue sprite is, but it sounds like it may harm my computer

Oh, it's 100% safe. Rogue basically means they've detatched from the group (inferencing from when Starscream went rogue).
It's just an April Fools' joke, and if something really were wrong, ST would make sure everyone would be safe (most likely shutting down the site). But there isn't, so don't worry!

Its just my computer picks up every single virus it even loads 1 MB of, so i'm always carefull with what websites I use

It's good to be wary of websites you use, and I assure you, Scratch is one of the safest sites out there.
