I agree, but sadly it's needed to help stop spam
however, if it would be reduced to 30-45 seconds it would be greatly appreciated

It's there to stop spam.
But surely you shouldn't need to place two different posts in less than a minute?

it happens to me al the time, frankly i would either get rid of the rule or change it so that its 60 seconds per post for every topic meaning you can continuosly post from topic to topic but not in the same one.

How about if you spam. (For no good reason)You get 2 Warnings then you're instantly banned. (And if you do find spam (Literally spam) don't forget to report!

Well it is to stop spam but i think it should be 60 second rule for each TOPIC because i might put something in the Elemental RPG then go right to WOTF and have to wait to post

I don't think the 60-second rule is really a problem—although it does get a bit annoying.
The 60-second thing is to stop spam.
