Under your name in the forums, it tells you when you resistered. However, this may be a bad idea as it may cause "I am older than you!" conflicts - since you made adjustments to the posts - you may want to adjust this too.
Then, you could post this "registered at" thing in your scratch projects page.

On the Scratch 2.0 forums it does not show up, and the Scratch Team is not going to change the code on the current site unless it's a major security problem.
On the 2.0 site, it shows on the user profile page instead.

Yeah, I guess someone who sees "Registered in XX/XX/2011" and earlier would think of them an "experienced" Scratcher and 2012 as a "normal" Scratcher and 2013 (like me) as a "beginner". Some people could subconsciously respect some people over others based off of their registration date.
