Scratch

Also, projects that I do, I wish they were animations. Is there any guidelines on how the quality of these things? I am not grateful for people who are mean to me because I'm doing something wrong in an animation

I think Scratch site is broken. I try to write, it gives me error of 180. Is this a problem or normal?

I don't think the Scratch site is broken. I don't know what the problem may be....?

Ahh, new scratchers who have just joined can only send messages with an interval of 180 seconds. When you fully become a Scratcher then it becomes 60 seconds. This is to stop people from spamming. 

You need:
-At least 1 forum post
-3 projects
-To be on Scratch for one month

^^^ All this to fully become a Scratcher

No it will say that cuz if u posted a comment or something that means u have to wait 3 minutes before you can submit another question

Right now, since you are new to Scratch, you are at the rank "New Scratcher".
As you are more active on the forums and website, you will achieve "Scratcher", like me! 

As a New Scratcher, you have to wait 180 seconds between posts. This is just to prevent spam, and it is normal for everyone, so don't worry!

I am still of the belief that this is a very tres very good way of combating the ad bringers and the <<spammers>>! You have a revolution of this that we do not notice, yet we could not live without, can you all imagine that if the most of this page was all those trying to sell? It would be impossible to carry conversation!
