Any way to make a .sb file into a .swf?

I wanted to upload something I made in Scratch to another site, but the site I wanna upload it to only takes .swf files. Is there any way to convert a .sb file into a .swf?

im not sure, but you can get your game in .jar

You cannot convert your .sb files into .swf or .jar
