Is chat.py 3.0 working yet?
I'm going to be dropping 3.0 since it doesn't have the stability that I want. So we (I) am going to move on to Chat.PY 4.0 and LSTC Green (since it should supposedly use less resources).
But chat.py 2.0 doesn't work.
It does for me O:
Weird.

Odd, I guess it will be down until Christmas break.
DigiTechs: It will be ':<chat4' to load the plugin, and then before every message sent to the plugin it will be ':> [plugin name] [message]'.

Chat.PY 2.0 is INCREDIBLY stable, it was definitely the best client you've made, Magnie. Chat.PY 3.0 was a big downgrade in my opinion (no offense). I'm not sure if any future Chat.PY client will ever be like 2.0.
So, do what Windows did: Repackage 2.0 to make it look like 3.0

Yeah, 2.0 is an amazement for me.
How was Chat.PY 3.0 a downgrade (other than the fact that it would get stuck in an infinite loop)? I thought it was an upgrade to the terrible command system.

That would be it's only advantage.

And being in multiple rooms at once, spam/flood protection, and Bit Art.
4.0 also has plans to have a avatar chat type mode (idea from Epicness123 or something). Hopefully that will be an upgrade to 3.0 and 2.0 (including the stability as well).

3.0 makes Francium look stable. Things that were fixed in 2.0, like infinite loops, overlapping messages being displayed as the same message, etc. came up again in 3.0.
Just take 2.0 and make better commands, rewriting only what you need.

Im was going to make a 2.0chat.py mod to include some of the 3.0 commands. But I cant be bothered.

I'm so annoyed that my Lua bot doesn't like to communicate with your server D:
Well, atleast I can still use the mini chat thing that I made. But it doesn't have usernames yet.

Chat.PY 4.0 is pretty stable from my experience of testing it though all the features aren't implemented yet. The multiplayer space game is still kind of in design mode.

Or is it that I am the only one that can be bothered to go on now?
The latter. 3.0 isn't even up/working.

Hey. This may look like a necrobump, but since I'm still slightly interested in this, I'll ask this:
will Little Server That Can come back up at some point? All attempts I have tried to connect have resulted in a 'Connection Refused' error. (This is testing with Lua, too. I was planning on making the Lua bot I was making work properly)
