Well, the beta is already out and available to use, so just go there ^-^
CopperHawk's right, the release date for the full version of 2.0 is still unannounced, and the Wiki will update mere minutes after the date is announced.

Right now, it is in beta. Once enough bugs have been worked out, the features have been added and are working, and whenever the Scratch Team decides it's ready to go into the official.
