Here's some more cruel pranks:

Put cling film on the toilet.
Turn the boiler off.
Lock the doors to the bathrooms (if it has a lock).
Loosen door handles.
Create a shortcut on the computer desktop that shuts the computer down (it's possible).
Print a picture of Jeff the Killer and stick in front of your victim's bed.
Extra points for Smile.DOG or suicidemickey.

I get mad when I'm rickrolled but it is also so rare nowadays that I just want to applaud people who pull it off successfully still.
