It says it right below your username on the forums. It either says New Scratcher or Scratcher. Everybody starts out as a New Scratcher and is promoted to Scratcher within a month if they participate.

Yep, 3 minute wait, can't edit or delete posts. And they can't use img tags, nor link to sites other than scratch.

I know! I have all the guidelines to become a Scratcher except the one where you have to have been on for at least a month. That'll be in three weeks.
