Hi - its me topazdragonlord, I thought that I might start doing some game reviews. If you want to suggest a game to me feel free to. The game can be yours or anyone else's as long as you have their permission. I will NOT review any project that has much gore/blood or violence - or does not follow the Community Guidelines. I will be rating the game on a system of out of 20 (--/20) for each of the following categories:
Graphics- How well the artwork is created/presented.
Creativity/Originality- How creative and how unique the project is.
Programming- How well programmed it is.

Hi! Can you please review my game, Hunger Avenger (the link is in my signature)? I've worked really hard on it but haven't gotten much feedback. I know that it's not the best, but I'd like to know what I could do to improve it. Thanks!

Game Review: Hunger Avenger
Graphics- 19/20: Excellently presented graphics, only one thing you could improve on is the size of the font as it can be quite challenging to read at times. Despite that the graphics are great.
Creativity/Originality- 19/20: A very original game with its own uniqueness to it. The game is very well thought and planned out with obviously a lot of thought put into it.
Programming- 20/20: With amazing scripting and everything running smoothly, there are no glitches that I could find and all I can suggest for improving the programming of this marvellous game is that you make the speech when you click the order last a bit longer as you often have to click more than once to read the whole thing.
Overall- 18/20: A great game, with only a few improvements that could enhance this gameplay even further. I left it at an 18/20 because this game has the potential to enhance and expand. I recon with shivadas's scripting and imagination the game can grow and improve in new and different ways. For this I can only think of two improvement, - perhaps you could add some music and a back to home menu button?
76/80 - a great game that I recommend playing if you want to pass some time away.

Game Review: StarHawk III (StarHawk:Rivalry)
Graphics- 19.5/20: Amazing graphics. It was extremely hard to not put a 20/20 for this but I decided to go with 19.5/20 for only two reasons: 1, was that although the graphics were practically perfect the icons on the menu for, Play campaign- Play Arcade...etc, could be a little bigger and perhaps a little more towards the centre but despite that flawless. 2, was that if you ever create a StarHawk IV I'll need at least some room to improve something or else it will seem that your projects have levelled and not improved. Other than that, the graphics are truly brilliant.
Creativity/Originality- 18/20: I decided to put 18/20 for this project because I have seen a few projects on scratch that are related to this. But however- the creativeness does not disappoint you as I can definitely say that this is a highly creative project and indeed an entertain someone for quite some time. Unfortunately I cannot think of any way I can help you improve this section but judging by your current standings I'd say that you can figure that out for yourself.
Programming- 20/20: I am truly blown away by the scale of immensity your scripting shows. I honestly think that your scripting skills surpass the ability of quite a few other scratchers. I think the next word should be able to make a dent into how good your skills are: amazing. Just amazing.
overall- 19/20: I love your game and I personally think that it deserves to be featured. It has a great mix of different modes along with a nice touch of customisation. Things that I specifically like are the things such as ship customization, and the intro. I think that this game has so much potential and can be expanded to form a great and exhilarating game to play.
76.5/80 - A great game that I definitely suggest trying out. A very good game that also has two prequels available for playing.
You can play this game here.

Game Review: Terminator facility
Graphics- 11/20: It's nice to see that the graphics were made by you. Although they could use a bit of improvement and some neatening up. Perhaps if you added some 3D-is effects, it would spice the graphics up a bit. I'm sure if you followed the steps above and perhaps a bit of your own style then your graphics would rise a bit more. Nevertheless still, at least you made them yourself which is better than just downloading them from the internet.
Creativity/Originality- 16/20: Quite a creative game, the little backstory at the beginning is a nice touch of originality however there are quite a few platformer games like this. But still, this is quite a creative project and I especially like the level with the Ferris-wheel type level, a nice touch I think. Perhaps adding a few more original and creative levels could improve this.
Programming- 20/20: Very complex scripting- well done. For this section unfortunately I can't help you with any suggestions for this area except for maybe using the 'clean up' option and adding some notes just encase anyone downloads it. Then you could have like a virtual tutorial possibly getting you some love-its, but if not at least you've cleaned up the scripts. Great job on the scripts.
Overall- 17/20: A great game, although has a few glitches that could be fixed. If you followed the steps above I'm sure that you're game will be improved very quickly. If you decide to make a sequel to this game, good-luck. I do, however, have one last suggestion- perhaps in the options menu you could add some more things such as a character colour changer? - Other than the things stated above, very - very great game.
64/80 - A very good and fun platformer game, great for a little challenge.

Thanks for the review. Can you specify the glitches?
sure -
The first glitch isn't exactly a glitch but it is quite annoying, is that on every level you got to the same spot- which for some levels means you spawn on lava/air then die and the re-spawn over and over again. Second is on level 18 (the pit level), when you spawn the floor isn't thick enough so the same thing happens as glitch #1. Last glitch, if you call it a glitch that is, is the boss is really hard to beat because nearly every time you jump, you jump into the boss- but I guess that's the point of having a boss
- I also have one last suggestion, Perhaps when you reach the end there could be something to do? - or like you escape and can just choose to replay or other things?
sincerely, topazdragonlord

Game Review: F1 2013
Graphics- 19.5/20: The graphics are absolutely amazing. The only reason I game you a 19.5 is because the roads/tracks and the grass could use a little detail in them. Despite that I think the graphic are truly brilliant.
Creativity/Originality- 18.5/20: The fact that you have all of them customisations that you can perform make's this an extremely creative game. The amount of effort you've put into this game shows and I think its incredible how much creativity you can put into a game. However there a a few racing games on scratch making it a 18.5 in originality. Other than that great job. I like the part where you've actually copied the tracks as this is actually quite creative, since most people would make there own - you thought outside the box and made duplicates of real tracks, and that feature I would say is very original.
Programming- 20/20: An extreme feat of programming. With 100 sprites and 614 scripts, and all those customisations, as understatement of the century: the scripting is VERY complex. I'm in awe of that scripting. It is amazing. That's all I need to say.
Overall- 19/20: The detail is extreme and the scripting is incredible. I would like to think, that if you followed the steps above, this game will be touching perfection. One thing that I would like to point out is the Invalid lap, Perhaps you could make it so there's a timer before you get it- not just instantly when you go on grass, because that makes it quite difficult. With a colossal amount of scripts as that there's probably going to be some glitches (like the scrolling mechanisms, for example) but with a bit more work I recon this game will be breath-taking. I congratulate you on this marvel. Well done.
77/80 - A stunning game that is all complex, fun and challenging.
