Pumpkins were put out on Halloween to scare off evil spirits. Now they are smashed by punk Teenagers. (I think everybody knew that)

I don't know if this is true, but one of my friends told me that we have 98% the same DNA as chimpanzees, and 94% the same DNA as a banana. Yeah, I don't know about that last one...

I meant that they weren't present-day monkeys, but they were still monkeys in a sense.
