Can you download and change a project made with 1.4 if you have 1.3?

no because say you had ask, answer, join[][], letter()of[], and that type, they will come up as obsolete.

I don't know. I remember 1.3.1 being capable of opening projects created in 1.4RC, I'm not sure if the same holds true now considering the official release of 1.4. You could always try.

i just got 1.4 with the new asking block scratch rocks i'll never quit you scratch if you want to enter Anthros of the night club your really gonna like it or order my Hipermon that i made with 1.3 the thing i like about scratch is that you get creative with 1.3 and 1.4 all scratchers should never quity i will never quit i love scratch i will love you forever
