Dont worry, your (most likely) not the one person on earth who hasn't read it.
I'm sure you already know the terms, but just in case: Hogwarts=Harry's school (this is after Harrys time though) Askaban=Wizard Jail for evil witches/wizards

Re: Arabian Nights--A Writing Collab for Future Authors

here is my part of chapter 3. sorry it it's short.

Coil rested on the shallow seabed, waiting. He knew that any sea cryptid who went to the Festival of Cryptids wasn’t likely to get out. But he hoped that Epher was smart enough to get out before the humans got him. Coil eyed a group of tuna swimming by, but decided to wait. He could catch something later. He kept waiting. Then the still waters were disturbed by a metallic whirring. Ripples spread. Then a small, human vessel puttered into view. Coil looked at it. It didn’t look like a threat. But he knew better then to leave it be. Even if it wasn’t important, the group wouldn’t thank him for not taking the opportunity to destroy a human vessel, no matter how small it was. Coil quietly floated to the surface.

Ω  Ω  Ω

Tattoo looked at the selkie with contempt. “Hurry up with the sea water.” He said to Stubble, who was filling a large barrel with water from the ocean. “Finished.” He replied. “Fine. Then help me move this selkie.” Tattoo and Stubble lifted up Epher and dropped him into the barrel. Then they nailed the top on.

Ω  Ω  Ω

Ideas of how to sink this human vessel flashed through Coil’s mind. Then he decided. Slowly, silently, Coil glided underneath the vessel. Then he slowly rose until the spikes on his neck touched the small boat. With lightning speed, he jammed his spikes deep into the vessel’s hull. Then he corkscrewed, sending the boat to the seafloor. His tail smashed the wood, oblivious to the human’s screaming, until there was nothing left but planks scattered over the seafloor. Swimming around the wreckage to make sure the destruction was complete, Coil found a barrel, somehow still intact. Sending out infrared rays from the organs in his snout, he detected something alive in the barrel. Gently, he cut the barrel into planks with his sword. Then he sighed, rolling his eyes. Of course Epher would be captured, he wasn’t exactly a ghost crab.
Noticing that Epher seemed to be in a daze of some sort, he gently waved his tail, causing currents that drifted Epher back to the others.

Cool^^
I liked how you added the part with Tattoo and Stubble.
Should I continue Chapter 3? I think it would be better to leave it at that, but we might need him waking up and explaining or something.
Where does everyone get those cool transitions thingies????!!!??? *jealous face*

if you have microsoft word, like i do, you just go to insert symbols and pick one that looks cool. if u dont, type in greek alphabet in google images. the greek alphabet has cool symbols. my transition thing is an omega.
we should make it have Epher waking up and having to explain to Amaya. he's in trouble.>:3

Re: Arabian Nights--A Writing Collab for Future Authors

Some other options for Human names on Fighters instead of Pale Skins could be
No-Scales (pretty self-explanatory)
Short-Belly (Because snakes have really long bellies and humans have short bellies)
Round-Tongue (Because snakes have forked tongues. I think. That might just be stereotypical.)

My opinions are in orange
Ok, so we'll use No-Scales for now.

Also, maybe we should do a voting booth for this after we get some more opinions?

Re: Arabian Nights--A Writing Collab for Future Authors

I came up with the idea of a newspaper we could do, along with some of the sections and mini-sections
Arabian Monthly:
UPDATES (Front Page):
-New websites or Forums like the Wiki, ScratchReader preview, etc.
-New add-ons to projects like the ScratchReader
-New books or projects soon to be released or recently released
-Improvement on the collab or a project/book
-Whenever new slots open up
-Anything that doesn’t fit anywhere else in the Paper

MEMBERS:
-New members of the Collab
-Collab member of the month

SNEAK PEEKS:
-Excerpts from
*Current book
*an Arabian Nightmare
-Next project/story Idea

BOOK REVIEWS:
-Book of the month
-What Collab members or readers/fans have to say about our book(s)
-Reviews on books in Scratch.
-Reviews on books and authors in the outside world

ADVICE COLUMN:
-Advice to writers about how to find ideas, keeping a journal, starting and ending a book, etc.
-Answer questions we get from readers/fans
(Link to project or forum they ask questions on.)

ADVERTISEMENTS:
-Cool writing Collabs/competitions
-Books on Scratch
-Any writing projects on Scratch
-Any reading projects on Scratch
(Link to project or forum where they can request projects/collabs/competitions for future issues.)

Just something I think would be fun to do. It sounds like a lot, but it wouldn't really be. It would be  a great way to get the community excited about Arabian Nights...
