My friends game is glitching
My friend made a project and when I use the arrow keys the char is glitching moving plz help

This sounds more like a scripting problem than a Scratch glitch (at least until we get more information) - I've moved this to Help with Scripts. If you can give us the name of the project and the name of the project author, we could take a look at it (assuming the project is uploaded to the website).
