Are there no mods on?
I had reported a blockspam, and it's been over a day and it still hasn't been removed. Also, I posted on a topic about is being moved when it shouldn't have been (and reported it), and it hasn't been moved back. Are all the mods/admins on 2.0?

A mod might have taken a look and disagreed with the report. It happens sometimes.

I don't really see how

isn't block spam though. (and it wasn't in the testing area)

That usually gets removed unless it got missed somehow.
Something like
when gf clicked say [Hi! I'm a New Scratcher! I'm glad to visit the forums] for (3) secsin the New Scratchers section is not likely to get get removed as blockspam.

Here, I'm reporting it again (since we can't link to it publicly ). And yes, I do remember that rule about not removing if it fits - I think it's a great addition

Ah, I got it. I remember that one, I edited it before, but looks like the user added the spam back in for some reason.
