That's his forum signature. It is a little area where you can post anything you like up to a 400 character limit (I think), and he has linked to this topic on it.

I've never been front paged (besides SDS) despite working hard on my projects. I made this addictive Space Shooter game awhile ago and I thought it would become popular, but it has only 30 views. It involves shooting UFOs, does that count as being violent?

I think she means if you have a famous account, say, the main account, and another account that is not so famous, but is a second main account. The accounts are the same person.
