I have a Chatot with Pokerus! I was quite suspicious when I noticed that it got 'boosted' XP after every battle.
So yeah - will it infect my team or what?

Yes, however all who got infected, don't bring these to the pokemon center! They will heal it even thought its good.

It will infect your team if you leave it there long enough.
My Giratina got Pokerus once. It was awesome!

Ok - my Chatot doesn't have Pokerus (it would've left by now) but I'm really suspicious as to why it keeps getting 'boosted' XP after every battle. Bulbapedia has nothing on this - so I have no idea what is going on.

Yea... Pokerus stays FOREVER but just can't spread. Do you have a Pokerus Pokemon in you box? If not then it can't spread to others .
Also they have to many cat Pokemon already. They don't need more.
