That is called spamming, and on the wiki it says spamming should be reported. So, go ahead. It should be reported.

Some links probably linked to commercial spams, and you should flag them. But some are just regular scratchers, don't have idea what to write next, and just linked web pages that they think might be related. But it is confusing...

what is the link address? If it's not to do with scratch, then FLAG IT!!!!
(scratch.mit.edu is the scratch website, anything on the end is also to do with the website)
