I've only got Prime 1 and echoes, because I don't have a wii. I may buy a wii sometime just to play it.
I want the metroid prime soundtrack very badly.

I have trilogy, so I got the chance to beat them all. My favorite is the first one, but the other two are really good too, especially echoes. My favorite boss is Meta Ridley from the first game, but I like Quadraxis and the pre-final boss fight in Echoes too (not saying due to spoilers, you should know it anyway).
Definitely get a wii to play prime 3, it isn't as good as the first two, but it is great. Also, try to snag a copy of trilogy if you can, the updated controls and rewards are awesome.
