I fail at tests.

I studied for 3 years for this competition in my state, Kentucky, for something called Governor's Cup. I devoted my 3 years to place in Governor's Cup, which is the top 10. However, I placed 11th. I studied so hard for this, and I didn't place. I'm pretty sure I'm depressed now because my hair is getting thinner and I can't forget about it. Does the universe hate me?

Haha. I can't feel better without talking to other people about it.

Re: I fail at tests.

This forum is for stuff like art, writing, programming, music, etc. that you've done. This is just explaining a problem that is in your personal life, which doesn't really fit on the forums. That's one of the topics that went in Miscellaneous back when it existed, but these often drew a lot of arguments and took too much of the ST's resources to moderate.

Anyway, that's too bad. We've all had experiences like that. The key is not to dwell on them.

Re: I fail at tests.

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your accomplishment (it still sounds pretty amazing to me).  However, we have limited the forum subjects (see the posting guidelines and this doesn't seem like a good fit so I'll close it.
