This is a place to share and discuss digital art you have made, essentially.

Both. :P
I admire the results of what digital art can accomplish
But these hands with which I type
Are far too accustomed to a pen on paper.

And yes I have tried using a tablet but it feels weird and very synthetic, and I can't properly create strokes with it the way I can with a pen.

It just takes a lot of practice. I like how you can refine stuff a lot, much like a whiteboard.

Re: Digital Art

What I don't like about tablets is that there's no friction on their screens. The pen just sort of slips/slides around. Mouse art, especially pixel art, is more fun.

Yawn, another boring text signature. I should really make something better.

Re: Digital Art

I know a couple of guys that are really good at digital art
I'm good, if I do say so myself, at drawing

I just have an issue with carrying that talent over to the computer

Funny thing is that on my iPad, I have a bunch of art apps, but somehow I'm able to create good pictures with my fingers, but not with a stylus...
My pictures end up looking quite cartoony but really that's just my style...

Draw on paper, then scan and trace over in an editor.

Have you drawn anything recently?
