So I have noticed something:
There isn't really a list of Collabs, or a place to put applications or look for new members without going through each topic. Also, there isnt a placeThat's I am creating this.... Thing. XD

--Collab List--
If a Collab meets the following requirements, they may be put on the Collab list. They may not be added until the requirements have been meant. (if a Collab on the list loses a requirement, they are taken of the list)

Requirements:
At least 4 days old
At least two members
An Active Collab
Active members
Friendly Collab
Well-presented Collab

If a requirements are met, the collab owner may use this application to be added to the list.

Friendlyness
Originality
Ideas
Members
