Comment Problem

Whenever i type in "..." without quotes, it says "Sorry, you have posted a very similar message recently." It's really annoying! Please fix it!

just the spam filter. you cant right to much of the same things. unless you meant something else?

What I mean is even though I haven't posted a comment like that for WEEKS it still stops me. Same thing when earlier I tried to say 'So?'
