One problem, I updated to 1.5 without taking a 1.4.7 backup. I tried to play, but the framerate was a little low, so I installed Optifine. Something must have gone wrong because now all I get is a black screen.

So now I can't play Minecraft, and I can't force update because I was struggling to download Optifine which is 331KB because of our internet's instability. Force update is 12MB.


So yeah, I'm probably gonna be inactive for a little while. Sorry :c

Typical issue, first, delete META-INF, if that dosnt work then optifine is incompatible

Earlier today the server went down quite a lot, and it turns out that a couple of chunks became corrupted. You can go into the chunks, but you get around 1 fps.    I'll try to edit the world files tomorrow to see if I can fix it, so the server won't be up for a while. Sorry! If you think you know how to fix it, any help will be appreciated.

We'll be in maintenance mode until tomorrow. Sorry again!

Okay, it's fixed and the server is back up. If anyone notices lag less than 2 fps and only in a certain chunk, please tell me.

You know how dispensers can ignite flint and steel in 1.5? Well, you can use that to light it on the server, even though you can't light flint and steel by hand. You might want to fix that.

I'd say it's to prevent PVP (but lava works though). I'd keep it in as it's hard to PVP with a dispenser at plopping down a lever that quick.

There're 11 questions in all, from 3 subjects: 'How would you rate the management of Tiki-Craft?', 'Is the server fun?' and 'What do you think of the current content we have?'. The survey doesn't directly say who took part in it, but we can track down IP's if there are any troll responses.

Also, I've changed the requirements for Veteran and Elite, here are the requirements for them now:

To earn 'Veteran,' you must already be a 'Trusted' and been active on the server for three months. You must also have at least 5 posts on either this website, or threads about Tiki-Craft on other websites.

To earn 'Elite,' you must already be a 'Veteran' and been active on the server for five months. You must also have at least 15 posts on either this website, or threads about Tiki-Craft on other websites.

After a tempban, your time to the next rank will reset, and be rounded to the month before. For example, if you had been on the server for 2 months, and got tempbanned, you will have to wait another 3 months before being eligible for Veteran. This only applies to tempbans more than 72 hours long.

Unfortunately, I've been super inactive on the server recently, and probably won't improve. The server is fun, but I think I'm done. (LOL That rhymed!  )
