It's a record label page with a list of the releases and there's going to be a pop-up thing possibly with Lightbox or something similar to display information and a download link for each item.

I am making a site with transparent fixed navigation bar, fixed bottom right picture, and custom sized divs

I might add custom themes with PHP and some jQuery effects

I am just making a test site

One time I made a website with a fixed transparent bar using CSS, but it was glitchy so I just gave up on it and started over with a different design.

i once had the idea to try to make my website tile based
kind of like the win8 start screen

i sort of kept the idea in my hall of links

now im reworking my website into a three column style layout
