^You're in charge of the art, right? I believe OrcaCat has the final say in this kind of stuff, but I believe making some concept art of a banana character or something would be good for now.

Was a Pokemon game.

Storyline. Okay.
Pear wakes up to find his fruitbowl home being attacked. One morning. Out of the blue.
Level 1
He is attacked by a gang of sabre toothed oranges, and he kicks their t eeth out, and they turn back into normal fruit. Being a superior magic pear, he eats them and grows stronger.

Pear goes to the criminal's van, and is accidentally mistaken for the oranges who should have been returning at that time. He is radioed through dirEctly to the evil sabre toothed bannana, the ringleader. 
The sabre toothed bannana tells him to 'steal the pears magic stalk and bring it to him after sorting out some scientist mango who has discovered sometthing about them. Pear tries out his magic stalk that he didn't know he had, and is Amazed to find he has a massive magical equivilant of a laser cannon growing out of his head.
He drives off to try and help the scientist.
Level 2
pear has to battle through oranges and apples with sabre teeth,  using his magic as a special attack, to find the captured scientist.
The scientist tells him his magic was created by the sabre toothed bannana originally to turn a non alive fruit into a supersoldier, but it went wrong, and they found and used an alive fruit by mistake. Pear became too strong to handle, so they had sold pear to the humans to be eaten. But the sabre toothed bannana didn't like this decision and created the sabre virus, to give his created troops life and strength.
However, the sabre virus had missed out the strength of pears stalk to give the virus the ability to become contagious. The bannana had the controller teeth that kept the fruits alive and controlled the virus that grew sabre teeth.   
The mango told pear to find the bannana and kill him, at the massive conglomeration day, where anything with the sabre virus collected to see the sabre toothed bannana attatch the stalk and become the strongest fruit in the world.
Pear went off to kill the sabre toothed bannana at conglomeration day.
Level 3
pear fought his way through hordes of sabre toothed fruit to reach the bannana, but he had escaped.
Level 4
Pear had to fight his way to the bannanas base, through hordes of fruit, in his tiny little van. The scientist had given him the power to use his stalk more often, so he did.

Level 5
pear had to fight through hordes of the strongest sabre fruit to reach the bannana. The bannana tried to take the stalk through words, but pear wasn't fooled. Pear fought the bannana to the death, but whatever pear did, the teeth brought the bannana back from the dead. Pear had to peel the bannana. After throwing the stb into the apple corer, the bannana lost it's skin, but it still had the teeth. Fortunately, pear could now kick the bannana's teeth out. 
Pear kicked the teeth out and the stb lay on the floor, dying. The bannana confessed to creating the teeth for good, but they turned him evil. The bannana blamed it all on the teeth. Pear didn't belive him and ate him.
Then the mango turned up and told pear that all the sabre fruits were dying. He had to put the teeth in and use them for good.
Pear put on the teeth, and they almost turned him evil, but eventually he turned them, and all the sabre fruit with it. As he had eaten loads of fruit, he was super healthy and strong, and ruled the world of fruit with the teeth and the stalk for the rest of his days. The end.

Great job, pinnipediator! I'm gonna see how I do drawing these fruits in vector. Gravitation, are you able to make a little intro video in Pygame? If not, I could make it in Scratch and try to "translate" it into Python.

Heh, I don't really like the idea of fruit cannibalism. How about pear obtains the energy from the teeth?

Also, it's a bit odd to have a cannon in pear's head... why not have it shoot out of his stalk?

Ooh! I am going to fundamentally change the storyline. How about, the saber toothed banana only uses the teeth on himself and his secret police. But the plebeian fruits all use weapons such as knifes. Pear can pick up their weapons and use his stalk in the other hand.

Okay. Basic fruits are live fruits that are religious fanatics towards the evil bananna.
The sbp (sabre bananna police) are normal fruits that were brought to life by the sabre-tooth virus.
Pear has the magic stalk on his head that is like a mini-gun platform. You know, one of the rotating ones that the person stands behind and fires, just it fires itself, it's sprouting from pears head and it fires mini bolts of (purple?? Natural instinct was to put purple there for some reason) energy beam laser thingummies. In the first few levels it takes a while to recharge, but after that it's the main go to weapon.
How about pear has an inventory of weapons picked up from enemies? He can sell them to upgrade his stalk, or other weapons, or turn them into health, or maybe throw them at foes?
Just a thought.
He can't throw sabre teeth. He has to sell them. Just another logical thought.
Maybe a shop. Give your pick up weapons to a shop guy and you get really nice ones out of it. 
Lots of ideas here. I probably forgot something. Tell me what.

I don't mean a bullet firing gun, a sort of magical laser thing. And it should be like hydraulic goose-neck type thing. So it's mechanical, and pear's a cyborg anyway. So that makes it okay.
And my iPod doesn't have flash player. So I can't look at the art. Sorry. I'll have a look when I get a chance.
Of course if you can embed a nice picture into a post..... 

The normal apple, normal orange, van, and stalk didn't export properly.

And those are cool. Easy to animate too. Are we still on pygame? Or do I remember us going over to scratch at some point?
