You post is difficult to understand: Are you trying to say that you don't know how to post pictures?

The above code only works if the image is online. If the image is stored on your computer, you'll need to upload the image to an image-hosting site (such as photobucket) in order to post images.

When I wrote 'URL-to-image-goes-in-here' I was referring that you had to add the website address of the image between the image tags, not for you to literally type 'URL-to-image-goes-in-here'!
Look at my signature and notice the 'Eat the Crabs' picture. The image was uploaded to Photobucket, and has this website address:

Now I take that website address and add the tags [img][/img] at the beginning and end of the website address:

Typing this in results in 
One more thing: your link to project won't work because it doesn't lead to an image.
