It is a good idea to make a scratch project on another game?

I mean, I was thinking on making a tutorial for another game, but I was not sure if it was "good" or not. Please respond!

Like a walkthrough/playthrough?

I think any kind of project is fine as long as it isn't inappropriate or offensive.
