Well, for the talk pages, all you do is edit them like a normal page and add in your comment that way, or that's as I believe. If you're wondering, you edit by going to " [Edit] " at the bottom of each sub-article and then clicking it.

As for creating your own page, all you need to do is go to "Add Topic" and create it as you want, though make sure that you have the right title.

If you're confused by any of this, just ask away.
