Why am I still a "New Scratcher?" I've been using Scratch for while now, and I am pretty experienced. If I have to have a number of posts on the website or something like that, somebody please tell me.

You will need to have 3 projects and post over 10 comments. Click the mark all topics as read on top of the forum index and wait 24 hours. Someone told me to do so, and I got promoted.
A new scratcher can have over 600 posts and remain a new scratcher. It just depends. But you should try what I said above. If that does not work, let me know.

I don't spend very much time on the Scratch website, that might be a problem.

Did you push the mark all topics as read button?
That's probably not the problem. If a new scratcher isn't on often, he probably won't get upgraded.
