I can program and do some sprites/art for certain terrain. I can also come up with a few ideas if need be, but programming is what I mainly want to do.

Alright, I've added you guys. We'll start working when we get at least 1 artist.

Just need an artist before we start! Let me know guys!

We are full on programmers, we just need artists.

Sometimes it hurts your collaboration to have a limit of roles. I know it gets cluttered, but your project may be more successful in the long run if you let more people join. I could try and be an artist, but I am amazing at open world scrolling RPGs. I can also make a world generator for singleplayer, if necessary.

But like I said, you need to let more people join as programmers. Maybe not main/lead developers, but you can assign people things to do to make things more organized. For example, you could have 3 main developers and have individual programmers working on certain tasks.
